Dear On-Campus Families,
If you are still having trouble accessing the Ascend App, please try the following steps:
Clear the history, cookies and internet browser cache from your device (computer or phone)
The correct URL/link is dev.ascend.basecamp-health.com (clearing your browser cache will prevent the device from redirecting to the old link)
Once you have access to the log in screen, please bookmark the url or save the link to your phone’s home screen.

When using a web browser, like Chrome, it saves information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, including getting users to the correct link for Ascend: dev.ascend.basecamp-health.com.
Here are some links to help with that process. If you use a different browser, please consult your own browser's documentation to read up on how to properly clear your cache.
